Nancy Sakurai’s artwork is a consideration of various places I have discovered in this world we live.
“My work has taken different forms and expressions, but always triggers a meaningful and captivating appearance of what my feelings convey to the onlooker. Clear and precise; tedious strokes continue to seize attention. My inspiration from brush to paper is unspoken smiles on faces. I attempt to create the action speaking within the beauty and calmness of a subject. Bright Color will always splash their emotions of enthusiasm and the eagerness of the moment. And I attempt to do so. I’ve been asked before, ‘When do you know when your art is finished?’ Answer, ‘NEVER!'”
