Abandoned Mojave is a photographic exploration of the allure of forgotten places left to the whims of the Mojave Desert. From weathered remnants to solitary structures set against the backdrop of the Mojave, the juxtaposition of discarded space and the beauty of the desert illustrates the transient nature of both the man-made and natural environments.

Using a blend of traditional film photography, darkroom practices and digital manipulation, this exhibit invites viewers to explore the delicate balance between decay and the natural beauty of the desert. Abandoned Mojave is a mediation on the impermanence of human creations, and a celebration of the enduring fascination with abandoned spaces.
